How this site makes money

You are never billed for anything on this site.

Every metal building is a contract signed between you and the builder who puts it up. When a request that started here ends in one of those contracts, that builder pays Compass Camper LLC a referral fee figured as a percentage of the signed contract. That fee is the contractor's business with us, and it does not touch your contract or your price.

Because the fee follows a signed project and not a click or a phone call, this site has no reason to send you to five companies at once. One request goes to one contractor, and your information is not sold to a list. What the form collects and how to stop the calls is on the privacy policy.

This site ranks nobody, reviews nobody and runs no screening of its own. What it holds a contractor to is the agreement they signed: insurance in force, a line-by-line written estimate, a written contract that prices changes, and TDLR registration with accessibility review on any building that is not a private residence once the estimated cost of construction is $50,000 or above.
