Effective 2026-09-20. This site is operated by Compass Camper LLC (Oregon), doing business as Compass Lead Group.
What is collected
The request form asks six things and stores those six: your name, your phone number, your email address, the county the lot is in, what you want built, and when you want it built. Nothing else on the form is kept about you. If a phone number is ever published on this site, calls to it may be recorded, and the number that called, the date and the length of the call are logged.
No analytics cookies run on this site today. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Who it goes to
One independent local metal building construction contractor serving Central Texas, the one who can price the building on your lot. Compass Camper LLC keeps a copy so the introduction is on record and can be followed up. The providers that host the site and receive the form, currently Cloudflare, handle it in transit. Your information is not sold, and one request never goes to more than one contractor.
How long it is kept
Request and consent records are kept for at least five years, the retention the FCC expects for consent records. A record you ask us to delete is removed from our own store, except where a consent record has to be kept to show a call was permitted.
How you hear back
By phone or by email, the two you typed on the form. A call may be automated or prerecorded, as the consent line above the form says. No text message is ever sent, because the numbers on this site do not send them. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. To stop hearing from us, say so on any call, reply to any email, or write to compassleadgroup@gmail.com, and the record is removed and the contractor is told to stop.
Your rights
Ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, by email to the address below. No account is needed; the request is answered at the email or phone number already on file.
